Enjoy one treatment included in your plan each monthly billing cycle. Please use it within that cycle, as unused treatments do not carry over. Membership benefits are for your personal use and cannot be shared or transferred.

Your personal care profile helps us remember your preferred pressure, focus areas, and comfort preferences. We review it before each visit and update it with your feedback, making every return feel more familiar.

Want to enjoy a package?

Use your monthly treatment benefit toward an eligible package and simply pay the difference. Our front desk will confirm any additional cost before you book. This uses your treatment benefit for that billing cycle.

You’re also welcome to purchase a package separately and keep your monthly treatment for another visit within the same cycle.

Visit on a day that suits you

You can enjoy your regular membership treatment any day of the week, including Wednesdays.

If you choose a Wednesday special, simply pay its advertised price separately. Wednesday specials cannot be combined with membership benefits, and your monthly treatment remains available within the same billing cycle.

A birthday celebration, just for you

After six consecutive monthly payments, enjoy your plan’s birthday benefits during your birthday month, once every 12 months, while your membership is active.

Please book at least three days ahead so we can prepare your bouquet, cake, and celebration with care. Enjoy a glass of champagne or a non-alcoholic celebration drink, and let us know about any dietary needs when booking.

If your plans change

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice and missed appointments are subject to a fee of 30% of the confirmed service price, consistent with our booking policy. Your monthly treatment benefit will not also be forfeited.

We understand that unexpected things happen. Each member receives one fee waiver for a late cancellation or rescheduling every 12 months. If illness or an emergency affects your visit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Simple monthly renewal

Memberships renew automatically each month, with no annual commitment.

To stop your next renewal, please contact our front desk in person, by phone, or by text no later than the day before your next billing date. We’ll confirm your request within two business days.
